MY NOODLE FOODS SDN BHD (“we”, “us”) operates a Facebook App for our own internal business use. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with that App.
1. Information we process
We process only information needed for the internal functions you authorize. Depending on the Facebook permissions granted and functions used, this may include Facebook account identifiers, basic profile information, email address if provided, and information associated with business Pages or content you authorize the App to access. We also process information you send us when contacting us or requesting deletion. We do not request your Facebook password.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate authorized users, carry out authorized internal business functions, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and respond to requests. We do not sell personal information or use Facebook data for unrelated advertising.
3. Sharing and service providers
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers where needed to operate and secure the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security requirements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Facebook/Meta processes information under its own privacy policy. This policy webpage is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the page. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, or forms to this policy webpage.
4. Retention and protection
We retain personal information only while needed for the purposes described above or to meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable access controls and security measures. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing mynoodlefoods@gmail.com. Use the subject “Facebook App Data Deletion” for deletion requests and provide enough information to identify the relevant account, such as your Facebook name or App user ID if known. Do not send passwords. We may request limited additional information to verify your identity. We will delete the relevant information unless retention is legally required, and respond with the outcome. You may also revoke the App’s permissions in Facebook settings; revoking access does not automatically delete information already held by us. See our data deletion instructions.
6. Children
The App is intended for authorized internal business users and is not directed at children. If you believe a child’s information has been provided to us, contact us to request its removal.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
